The government has made graduation degree mandatory for female teacher candidates of government primary school from now.

“We have already issued a guideline in this regard in recruiting teachers for the post of head and assistant teachers of the government primary school,” the minister said.

Earlier, minimum qualification for female candidates was HSC or equivalent degrees.
