The students of Rajshahi University today continued their demonstration demanding reformation in the existing quota system in the public service.

About 200 students demonstrated at the university campus, mainly led by some left-leaning bodies, for a few hours, our campus correspondent reports from the spot.

They also demanded apology from Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury for her remarks on the protesters on Monday.

Some classes were held at campus and some boycotted by students this morning.

The agitating students said they will stage a sit-in programme tomorrow and urged the university students to boycott all classes and exams.
