Maj Gen Shakil made new DG of Department of Immigration and Passports

Major General Shakil Ahmed has been appointed as new director general of the Department of Immigration and Passports.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard today.

He will replace Major General Md Shohail Hossain Khan who will be serving as the chairman of Bangladesh Tea Board from now on, according to the gazette.
