Depression weakens further, now lies over Noakhali, Ctg regions

The depression over Noakhali, Barishal and Patuakhali regions moved east-northeastwards, weakened further into a low-pressure area and now lies over Noakhali-Chattogram regions.

Trough of low lies over North Bay, according to the latest bulletin of Bangladesh Meteorological Department.

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country having chances of light rain at one or two places over Barisal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions, the bulletin said.
