SC full court meeting tomorrow

Acting Chief Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah today again convened a full court meeting of the Supreme Court judges tomorrow to take decision on some “urgent matters.”

A reliable source in the apex court, told The Daily Star that the meeting is scheduled to be held around 4:00pm at the Judges’ Lounge of the Supreme Court with Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah in the chair.

Judges of the Appellate and High Court Divisions of the Supreme Court attend the meeting, according to the source.

Earlier, Md Abdul Wahhab Miah also held a full court meeting of the apex court on October 03, hours after he started serving his duty as acting chief justice in absence of Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha who is now staying in Australia for treatment purpose.
