Kabiraj strangled at Pabna village

A herbal medicine practitioner was strangled to death at his village home in Chatmohor upazila of Pabna this morning.

The deceased, Haradhon Bhattacharya, 70, who formerly discharged duties of a priest, was found dead at his home at Jaleshwar village, our Pabna correspondent reports quoting Ahsan Habib, officer-in-charge of Chatmohor Police Station.

His hands and legs were tied and he was strangled to death, the official said.
