3 officials promoted to secretary

Three senior officials have been promoted to the rank of secretary.

The public administration ministry issued separate gazette notifications in this regard today.

As per the first notification, acting secretary of the Statistics and Informatics Division Begum Kaniz Fatema has been made secretary of the division while acting Disaster Management and Relief secretary M Shah Kamal secretary of the ministry.

Acting Privatization Commission member Parikkhit Dutta Chowdhury has been made member of the commission, said another notification.
