33 more test Covid-19 positive in Cox’s Bazar

Thirty-three more people have tested positive with Covid-19 in Cox's Bazar.

A total of 258 blood samples were tested at the IEDCR field lab in Cox's Bazar Government Medical College on Saturday.

Among them, 39 were found coronavirus positive, said Prof Dr Anupam Barua, principal of the college.

Out of the 39 cases, 33 are new infections and six are patients who were tested for the second time, he said.

With the 33, a total of 335 people have tested Covid-19 positive in the district, reports our Cox's Bazar correspondent.
