Covid-19 infection rate jumps to 53.67% in Rajshahi in 24 hours

Daily infection rate of Covid-19 rose to 53.67 percent in Rajshahi in 24 hours till this morning.

The infection rate was 38.34 percent yesterday.

Thirteen people have died in the coronavirus unit at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital during the period, according to the sources at the hospital.

Of them, six were Covid-19 positive while the rest had symptoms, the sources said.  

Six of the deceased were above 60.

A total of 341 samples were tested at the hospital in the last 24 hours, and of them, 183 tested positive for coronavirus.
