CMP to provide free transportation for doctors, medical staff

Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) will provide free transportation for doctors and medical staff in the port city so they can go to their workplaces without any hassle during the ongoing shutdown.

CMP Commissioner Md Mahbubor Rahman has already instructed the officers-in-charge of all police stations in the metropolitan area in this regard, said Abu Bakkar Siddique, additional deputy commission (public relations) of CMP.

The CMP commissioner said if any physician or health worker asks for any transport through the hotline number (01400400400), they will arrange vehicles to bring them immediately from their homes to workplaces and vice versa.
