Worker dies falling from building

A construction worker died as he fell from a five-storey under-construction building in Chittagong city's Firingi Bazar area yesterday afternoon.

Rezaul Karim, 35, of Kurigram, was working on the top floor of the building of one SCN Company.

Critically injured, Rezaul was taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead, said Alauddin Talukdar, assistant sub-inspector of CMCH police outpost. The body was sent to Chittagong Medical College morgue.
