Woman found with throat slit

An unidentified woman was found dead with throat slit at Potengali in Sadar upazila of Jessore yesterday morning.

Being informed by local farmers, police recovered the body.

Police suspected that the 21-year-old woman might have been killed after rape.

The body was sent to Jessore Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
