Vandalism Scars Beautification
These barriers along footpaths next to the Ramna Park in the capital near the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh have been targeted for the iron rods which form the centre of the concrete structures and can be sold as scrap metal. Photos: Anisur Rahman
