Unidentified youth's body recovered

Police recovered the body of an unidentified youth, aged around 35, beside Chandra-Nobinagar highway in Tetuibari area of Gazipur city yesterday.

Locals noticed the body with its hands and legs tied around 11:00am and informed police.

Miscreants might have killed him and left the body there, said Sub-inspector Harun-or-Rashid, in-charge of Chakrabarti Police Camp.

The body was sent to Gazipur Shaheed Taj Uddin Ahmed Medical College morgue for an autopsy.
