UN envoy on genocide prevention in town

United Nations Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide Adama Dieng arrived in the capital yesterday for a weeklong visit.

He is scheduled to hold meetings with Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali, Law Minister Anisul Huq, Home Minister Asaduzzman Khan Kamal and Foreign Secretary Shahidul Haque.

Adama Dieng will also visit the Rohingya refugee camps in Cox's Bazar.
