Two killed in road accidents

A six-year-old boy was killed as a sand-laden trolley ran him over in Daratana Bridge area of Bagerhat yesterday noon.

The deceased is Foysal Mian, son of Rigan Mian, of Bypass area of Bagerhat municipality.

In Thakurgaon, a teenage girl was killed and three people were injured as a three-wheeler fell into a ditch beside Thakurgaon-Baliadangi highway in Baliadangi upazila early yesterday.

The deceased is Nasima, 19, daughter of Tipu Sultan of Kashibari village under the upazila. The injured were sent to Baliadangi Upazila Health Complex.
