Raiding Rajakhali area under Bakalia Police Station, Detective Branch (DB) of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) on June 27 arrested Ehteshamul and his associate Monir from their respective residences along with two guns used in the killing, said detectives.

Assistant Commissioner Md Kamruzzaman of DB lodged the arms case with the police station.
