Training on transnational crimes for Saarc cops ends in Dhaka

A three-week training for superintendent-ranked police officials from the Saarc countries ended in Dhaka yesterday with a hope to combat transnational crimes.
State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan distributed certificates among the participants in the Police Staff College auditorium.
A total of 20 officials -- nine from Bangladesh, two each from Afghanistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and India, and one from Nepal -- took part in the training “Transnational crime: Saarc perspective”.
