The celebration of Victory Day does not feel joyous without the red and green. And this young seller is out to colour everyone's heart with miniature flags ahead of the day. In the meantime, in preparation of the Martyred Intellectuals' Day and Victory Day, cleaning and decoration work of national monuments and important roads are also underway.
