Taramon Bibi hospitalised in Rangpur CMH

Freedom fighter Bir Protik Taramon Bibi has been admitted to Rangpur Combined Military Hospital (CMH) with severe asthmatic problem.

“We hospitalised Taramon Bibi at Rangpur Combined Military Hospital around 11:00am,” Abu Saleh Mohammad Ferdous Khan, deputy commissioner of Kurigram told our local correspondent.

The freedom fighter was referred to Rangpur CMH when she went to Rajibpur Upazila Health Complex, Delwar Hossain a doctor of the hospital said.

Taramon Bibi, an inhabitant of Shankar Madhob village under Rajibpur upazila of the district, took part in the battles in Raumari and Rajibpur areas under Sector No. 11 during the Liberation War.
