The weather outlook for celebration of Pahela Baishakh, Bangla New Year, this year is bleak with a forecast of scorching heat and “unbearable” humidity.

Mercury is expected to hit a maximum of 37 degrees celcius tomorrow, Rasheduzzaman, the duty forecast officer at Bangladesh Met office, told The Daily Star.

Chance of rain is very thin, but the humidity will be high. The weather will yeild a lot of sweat, which will be hard to dry up and result in discomforting experience – especially within a crowd.
