SC on holiday for ex-CJ Ruhul Amin

The Appellate and High Court Divisions of the Supreme Court observed a holiday in honour of former chief justice MM Ruhul Amin.

Justice Ruhul Amin died of heart diseases at a hospital in Singapore early Tuesday at the age of 74.

Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha on Wednesday announced that the courts will not carry any judicial activity after 11:00am yesterday in honour of Justice Ruhul Amin.
