Rohinga woman, her son detained in Comilla

A team of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) detained a Rohingya woman and her son in bordering village Jampur of Choddohgram upazila in Comilla yesterday noon. 

They are Nargis Begum, wife of Cholim Uddin and her son of Nurullahpara of Mongdu district in Myanmar. 

Officer-in-charge of Choddogram Police Station Abu Faisal Mia said  the  patrol team of  Shiber Bazar BOP led by Shiber Bazar BGB camp Commander Samsul Haque detained them.

The BGB team handed them over to Choddogram Police Station in the afternoon. BGB lodged a GD with Choddogram Police Station.

Police were taking preparation to send them to the Cox's Bazar Rohingya camp.
