Road crashes kill two

A five-year-old street child was killed as a bus ran him over while he was crossing the road in Chashara Gol Chattar area of Narayanganj early yesterday.

The deceased was Jashim of Hasnabad area. He died on the spot, said police.

In Savar, a woman was killed and 10 people were injured when a bus collided head-on with another one on Dhaka-Tangail highway in Mojarmill area of Ashulia yesterday. The deceased was Onju Rani, 50, of Pirojpur, said police.
