Qulkhwani

The Qulkhwani of Ashraf Jahan Begum, wife of late FKMA Baqui, first comptroller and auditor general of Bangladesh, will be held today after Maghrib prayers at her Dhanmondi residence in the capital.

Ashraf Jahan, a former senior teacher of Viqarunnisa Noon School, died on Saturday. She was 91, says a press release. She left behind three daughters and five grandchildren.

Relatives, friends and well-wishers are invited to attend the qulkhwani and pray for her departed soul.
