PSTC programme launched

Population Service and Training Center (PSTC) with support from the Population Council and the Embassy of the Netherlands yesterday launched a two-year programme to create awareness about sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS among vulnerable youths.

Secretary to the Health Ministry Mohammad Sirazul Islam inaugurated the programme “Sangjog” at a city hotel where Dutch Ambassador Leoni Cuelenaere was present, said a press release.

PSTC Chairman Moslehuddin Ahmed and Executive Director Dr Noor Mohammad also spoke on the occasion.
