Pro-AL panel wins CU deans poll

Pro-Awami League teachers' platform known as Yellow Panel swept the dean election of Chittagong University (CU) defeating their opponent pro-BNP-Jamaat backed White Panel yesterday.

The Yellow Panel candidates won all the dean posts of the seven faculties while the White Panel bagged none.

A total of 649 teachers cast their votes.
