Man shot at Mohakhali

Unknown miscreants shot a man in Mohakhali Wireless Gate area of Dhaka in the wee hours of today.

Tofazzal, 40, a private car driver, has been admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, said Rafiqul Islam, assistant commissioner of Gulshan Zone police, told The Daily Star.

The AC said miscreants shot Tofazzal when he was passing through the area on his motorcycle past midnight.

He received two bullet wounds on his shoulder. The reason behind the attack could not be known immediately, he added.
