Prime accused of Misbah murder held

Police arrested the prime accused of Misbah murder case in the capital's Shahbagh area yesterday by tacking his mobile phone.

The accused is Kabir Ahmed, 26, of Baldhi village in Sylhet, said Nurul Huda Ashrafi, assistant commissioner of Sylhet Kotwali Police Station. On November 26, Misbah Uddin, 22, a former student of Sylhet Commerce College was hacked to death in Zindabazar area of the city. Later, analyzing CCTV footage of a building Kabir and six others were detected as killers.
