One homeless youth killed by another over glue sniffing

A homeless man was killed when another youth allegedly hit him with a rod over glue sniffing before Rajdhani Super Market in the capital's Tikatuli early yesterday.

Al-Amin, 22, quarreled with Sunny, 25, over the issue, other urchins told reporters at Dhaka Medical College Hospital. At one stage, Sunny hit Al-Amin with the rod on the head. Police took the victim to DMCH where the doctors pronounced him dead. Sunny was detained. Wari police said a murder case was filed.
