One held with 23,400 Yaba pills

Police yesterday arrested a man with 23,400 Yaba pills while he was trying to board a Dhaka-bound flight at Cox's Bazar airport.
Shahidur Rahman introduced himself as Khorshed Alam and a deputy secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while he was being frisked at the airport.
Police said the man was a drug peddler and used the identity to escape arrest.
