Yesteryear filmmaker Ibne Mizan died at his California home in the US on Monday, aged 86.

With a career spanning over 27 years, Mizan continued to make one crowd-drawing movie after another. His movie Rupbaan was one of the biggest box-office hits of its time. Some of his notable movies are Shaheed Titumeer, Bansher Kella and Chandan Dwiper Rajkonnya.
