Novo Nordisk organises health camp

Novo Nordisk, the world's largest insulin manufacturer, yesterday organised a Diabetes Awareness Camp for the staff of The Daily Star at the newspaper's office in the capital.

A total of 305 employees of the English daily were screened at the camp. Two doctors gave advice on how to maintain healthy diet.

Around 7.1 million people are living with diabetes in Bangladesh, according to International Diabetes Federation.
