Two arrested with 35,000 yaba pills

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two persons with 35,000 yaba pills in a salt-laden truck in Chattogram city's Bakalia area yesterday.

The arrestees are Aminul Islam, 22, and Asfuhur Islam, 19.

Mimtanur Rahman, senior assistant director of Rab-7 media wing, said they conducted the drive in Shah Amanat Bridge area on a tip-off.

The yaba pills were found in a secret chamber of the vehicle, he said.
