Trader stabbed to death in N’ganj

A trader was stabbed to death by a gang of unidentified miscreants in Narayanganj early yesterday.

The deceased -- Saiful Islam, 28, son of Abul Kashem -- wa a Flexiload vendor.

Manzur Qader, officer-in-charge of Fatullah Model Police Station, said Saiful came under the attack while he was returning home from his shop.

He was declared dead at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, said Monjur.

Police sent the body to DMC morgue for autopsy.

Victim’s father said there might have been dispute between his son and someone over money which could lead to the murder.

The OC said they are trying to identify the killers.
