'TOGETHER TO BE EQUAL'

Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) organised an “Annual Sponsored Walk” yesterday morning at Gulshan-2 Lake Park to increase awareness about disability and raise funds for treatment and rehabilitation of disadvantaged patients. The event was inaugurated by Valerie Ann Taylor, founder and coordinator of CRP, and Md Shafiqul Islam, its executive director. Around 100 students from various educational institutions joined the walk along with their teachers and guardians. Besides, members of Gulshan Club and Gulshan Society, volunteers and students of CRP, participated in the event and contributed to raise funds for persons with disabilities.
