Three held with 18,225 yaba tablets in Ctg

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) on Sunday night arrested three people with 18,225 yaba tablets in Chattogram city's Nimtola area.

Rab also seized a goods-laden truck that was being used by Abdur Rahim, 40, Mozammel, 30, and Nurul Islam, 28, to carry the contraband drug, says a press release from Rab-7.

During primary interrogation, the three admitted that they were carrying the yaba tablets from Teknaf to Dhaka, it adds.
