Scholarships for SSC students in Faridpur

A scholarship programme for meritorious students of Faridpur district was unveiled at Times Media Building in Tejgaon yesterday, aiming to provide stipends to the district's highest scorers in SSC exams, said a press release.

The "Professor SM Farhad Scholarship" is named after Prof SM Farhad, a teacher of Government Razendra College. The programme was introduced by Ha-Meem Group Managing Director AK Azad, a student of Prof Farhard.

The student and teacher shared words of gratitude for each other while speaking at the launching event. The event was attended by former students of the school.
