SCF condemns Bhola clash

Sector Commanders Forum (SCF) yesterday protested the violence in Bhola and urged the government to take necessary steps against radical fundamentalists.

It termed the October 20 incident “preplanned”.

Facebook was used to instigate communal violence so that minority communities suffer from insecurity, SCF said in a statement.

Efforts have been made to create unrest in the country for the last couple of years by abusing social media. Rumors have been spread to create tensions. SCF strongly condemns these conspiracies, reads the statement.
