Rafiqul Anwar passes away

Advocate Rafiqul Anwar, an entrepreneur and managing director of Image Garments Ltd, breathed his last at Apollo Hospitals Dhaka yesterday, aged 84, says a press release.

He had been suffering from cancer for the last one year.

Anwar made a lot of contributions to the establishment of several educational and religious institutions in Chattogram.

His namaz-e-janaza will be held at 10am at Jamiatul Falah Central Mosque today.
