Monir Uddin Firoz no more

Monir Uddin Firoz, circulation manager of The Daily Sun, passed away on Sunday. He was 50.

He breathed his last at the United Hospital in the capital where he was receiving treatment.

He left behind his wife and a son. His namaz-e-janaza was held in the city and later buried in Jashore.

Different organisations including Dhaka Newspapers Hawkers Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd and Bangladesh Newspaper Agents Association, expressed condolence at his death.
