Minor fatally run over by auto-rickshaw in B'baria
Two other men die in other dists
Three people, including a minor, were killed in road accidents in three districts yesterday, say reports from our correspondents.
In Brahmanbaria, a 15-month-old child was fatally run over by a battery-run auto-rickshaw on a road in Sadar upazila.
The incident happened while Mahima Akter was toddling on the road beside their house in Orshiura village, said her mother Shirin Begum.
Mahima died on the way to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital, said police.
In Chattogram, a motorcyclist was killed as an unidentified vehicle hit the bike in the port city's C&B area.
Nurul Kabir, 55, was from Koigram in Boalkhali upazila, said police.
In Gopalganj, a man died as a bus ran him over while he was crossing a road in Kuadanga area of Sadar upazila.
Nur Mohammad alias Mintu, 45, died on the spot, said police.
