Mansur Ali’s 17th death anniversary

Today is the 17th death anniversary of M Mansur Ali, a former minister, says a press release. 

Ali passed away in 2003 at the age of 75. He served as the textile minister in 1979, and was also associated with Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy and AK Fazlul Haque.

He also served as president and general secretary of Khulna Bar Association.

M Mansur Ali Smrity Sangsad will hold a discussion and milad-mahfil today at Satkhira Zila Samity Office in the capital’s Panthapath at 5pm. Friends, relatives and well-wishers are invited.
