IUB hosts seminar on coronavirus

With the aim to raise awareness on coronavirus (COVID-19), a seminar was held at the Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) on Wednesday.

IUB's School of Environmental Science and Management (SESM) and School of Life Sciences (SLS) jointly organised the programme.

In addition, a month-long awareness campaign was launched at the seminar, said a press release.

Newly elected Mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation  (DNCC) Atiqul Islam attended the programme as chief guest.

Deans, senior members of the faculty and administration, and students attended the seminar, the press release said.
