German ambassador visits IUB

Bangladesh’s exemplary progress needs to come to the attention of German people through people-to-people exchange, said German Ambassador to Bangladesh Peter Fahrenholtz yesterday.

He expressed his views on the Bangladesh-Germany relationship during his visit to the Department of Media and Communication of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), said a press release.

During his visit, Ambassador Fahrenholtz met students and faculty members of the department.

He stressed on ensuring the alliance between the two countries and their people. Aspects of bilateral relations as well as possibilities of educational and cultural exchanges between IUB and German universities were also discussed.
