DU IBA launches service marketing module

Dhaka University’s Institute of Business Administration (IBA) recently launched a two-week certificate module on Services Marketing for Competitive Growth (SMCG), said a press release.

This module aims to help service marketing practitioners understand practical implications of the innate characteristics of professional services, and to enable them to cope with the challenges of an increasingly globalised service economy.

Prospective candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, and have minimum two years of work experience with reputed organisation(s). The latter criteria may be relaxed for exceptional candidates, said the press release.

Completed applications must be submitted by January 18 at IBA, DU, or via email.
