DU accounting alumni reunion held

The 11th reunion of Dhaka University Accounting Alumni Association was held on the university campus yesterday.

The daylong programme was inaugurated by DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Akhtaruzzaman on the field of Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) at 9:30am.

Several thousand alumni attended the event and met their old friends and peers.

Musharrof Hossain, a BBA graduate from the 10th batch, said it is a great opportunity to meet friends and peers.

Swadesh Ranjan Biswas, president of the alumni, presided over the programme, while AK Azad, president of Dhaka University Alumni Association and Prof Riazur Rahman Chowdhury, chair of accounting department, attended.
