Drug dealer killed in ‘gunfight’ with Rab in Dhaka

An alleged drug dealer was killed in "gunfight" with Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in Hajaribagh area of Dhaka early today.

The deceased, Nadim Bahadur, 38, was a listed drug dealer and an accused of nine cases, Rab said in a short message service (SMS).

"A listed drug dealer (Nadim) died in gunfight with a patrol team of Rab," the elite force said.

The Rab members also recovered foreign pistol, bullets and a huge amount of drugs.
