Dr Enamul new director of SOS in Bangladesh

Dr Md Enamul Haque has been appointed as national director of SOS Children's Villages International in Bangladesh, says a press release. He started serving the organisation working for humanitarian and developmental assistance to children in need on June 5.

He has been pursuing a career in child rights for 15 years. He has completed MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College and masters of public health from University of Queensland, Australia. Dr Enamul also completed masters of public affairs from Dhaka University.

Prior to joining SOS Bangladesh, he worked in several international organisations and received "Hermann Gmeiner Award" for his contributions in the humanitarian and social field for Bangladesh's people. He is also an active member of Rotary Club of Bashundhara Dhaka.
