Death anniv of Syed Ahmed Kamal today

Today is the 5th death anniversary of Alhaj Syed Ahmed Kamal, son of late Syed Anisuzzaman from Durmut village in Jamalpur, according to a press release.

A doa mahfil will be held at different mosques of his village including Durmut Central Jame Masjid in Jamalpur marking the occasion.

Anisuzzaman was a renowned income tax lawyer and former president of Chittagong Bar Association, and ex-chairman of Hoechst Pharmaceuticals.

Late Syed Ahmed Kamal is the father of Syed Mohammad Kamal, country manager, Mastercard.
